Construction of Energy Planning System in Xiamen
摘要
Abstract
"Multiple plan integration" is an important aspect of current spatial planning reform.It calls for one single blueprint to orchestrate various sectoral development in spatial terms.Taking Xiamen City as an example,this article analyses the energy planning system in the single-blueprint paradigm through a study of issues and strategies of energy planning.It proposes new thinkings and contents of energy planning by combing policy requirements with construction needs.关键词
