Advances in Evaluation of Genetic Diversity in Wild Soybean by Molecular Markers

Abstract
Wild soybean (Glycine soja) is the ancestor of cultivated soybean (Glycine max) and is an important gene pool for soybean genetic improvement.The evaluation of the genetic diversity of wild soybean is of great importance for the collection,preservation,conservation and utilization of wild soybean resources.This article reviewed the advances of using molecular markers,such as RAPD,AFLP and SSR markers,in evaluation the genetic diversity of wild soybean from 4 aspects,included the genetic diversity of wild soybean from the genebank,the genetic diversity of wild soybean from different countries,the genetic diversity of wild soybean populations,and the genetic differentiation between populations of wild soybean.关键词
