摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes distributing more power to main amplifier to improve the power conversion efficiency of the back-off scope.A mathematical model is established,which theoretically verifies the efficiency enhancement of the regression.The circuit measurement proves that drain efficiency at 6 dB backoff is greater than 59%,7 percentage points higher than that of other wide-band Doherty,and that peak power output is 46.5 dBm.In addition,the analytical formula for the quasi-lumped transmission line is corrected in which there exists 32.5% error,thus reducing the time and difficulty of design.关键词
