摘要

Abstract

In this work,NASICON type NaTi2 (PO4)3/C composite with a carbon content of 5% was synthesized by a conventional solid-state method.The electrochemical properties of the cell using the NaTi2(PO4)3/C composite as the anode and the,as-prepared λ-MnO2 as the cathode were tested in 1 mol/L Na2SO4 aqueous electrolyte.The NaTi2(PO4)3/C electrode exhibits a specific capacity of 82 mAh/g at a current density of 0.1 C.An initial specific capacity of 54 mAh/g is obtained at a current density of 1.5C and remains 48 mAh/g after 500 cycles,meaning the capacity retention of 88.9%.The as-proposed NaTi2(PO4)3/C material shows an excellent cycling stability and rate capability,as well as a simple synthesis route and environmentally friendly performance.These merits make it a promising anode for aqueous sodium ion batteries.
