摘要

Abstract

The output current data of the solar array on three in-orbit middle or high orbit satellites were collected and processed.The performance decay was evaluated by eliminating the influence of sun-earth distance variation.The decay curve was approached by a logarithmic function and extrapolated to the end of life.The results proves that the solar array power is adequate by the end of life.The results can be a reference for designing other TJ-GaAs solar arrays,and the used analysis method can be extended to the performance evaluation of latter in orbit satellites.
