Relationship between coating parameters and high temperature absorption rate of photovoltaic cells based on computer simulation
摘要
Abstract
Based on the recent domestic and international research,from the and experimental aspects,the relationship between structure and metallurgical composition of materials and ceramics and the soar-thermal conversion efficiency was discussed.The influence of the change of coating thickness and metal volume fraction of the double-layer Mo-Al2O3 on the absorptance and emittance was studied.The results show that coating thickness and metal volume fraction of Mo have a different influence on the absorptance and emittance.Besides,choosing the right control factor is important,which can improve the absorptance of the absorber and control the emittance.关键词
