Abstract
In the recent years,the thin film solar cell technology has a rapid development.Due to the excellent characteristics such as the continuous improvement of the conversion efficiency,low preparation cost,less performance attenuation and environment friendly,Cu2ZnSnS4-based thin film solar cells become a hot topic of research in the world.The structure of CZTS thin film solar cells,the preparation methods and the efficiency of the different preparation methods were introduced,and the development of CZTS thin film solar cells was described.关键词
