摘要

Abstract

Electric vehicle's battery pack is made up of a certain amount of battery modules,so that the temperature characteristics of the module will directly affect the temperature characteristics of the battery pack.In order to study the temperature characteristics of soft-package lithium-ion battery module,a new type of battery module was designed with soft-package cells.By conducting the experiment of cells,the relation of dE0/dT and SOC was obtained.Combined with the Bernadi heat generation rate model,the thermal model of battery module was established by ANSYS.The heating simulation at different discharge rates was conducted.By comparing the simulation result with the result of thermal experiments,the error is small,indicating that the model is credible.The simulation results show that the temperature rise and temperature difference between the modules is small at different discharge rates,indicating that the cooling design of the module is effective.
