MnO2/石墨烯水热合成及其在热电池中的应用
Hydrothermal synthesis of MnO2/graphene and its application in thermal battery

Abstract
MnO2/grapheme (MnO2/G) composites were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The effect of reactant concentration on the morphology,structure and composition of MnO2/G was studied by SEM,XRD and FT-IR.MnO2/G was used as the cathode material to prepare the thermal cell,and the pulse discharge curve was tested.The test results show that with the decrease of manganese source concentration in the reaction system,the phase structure is changed from δ-MnO2 into α-MnO2,and the morphology of product is changed from ball type structure into nanorod structure.When the single cell is discharged at current density of 10 mA/cm2,during which 200 mA/cm2 pulse current is applied,the initial discharge voltage is 3.192 V and there is a high and stable discharge platform during the discharge.The initial internal resistance of single cell is 3.63 Ω,and with increase of discharge depth,the internal resistance of the battery firstly decreases and then increases.关键词
