摘要

Abstract

The technology of CoS2 thin-film cathode made by pasting was studied.The processes and parameters of pasting agents and drying condition were optimized.The prepared thin-film was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the cell made of thin-film cathode using H-1 as pasting agent displays remarkable discharge performance.Compared with powder pressed pellet electrodes,the thin-film electrodes have better discharge performance,especially at larger discharging current,and the thin-film electrode producing process is more suitable for automatic production.
