摘要

Abstract

The traditional electric vehicle has problems such as low power density,short battery lifetime and slow dynamic response.In order to solve these limits,the auxiliary power system consisting of supercapacitor and bi-directional DC-DC converter was proposed and developed.The proposed solution not only can make up for the limitations of the single battery structure,but also can improve the energy utilization.On the basis of introducing the system structure of the hybrid electric vehicle,the bi-directional DC-DC converter was studied and designed.The control strategies and mode-switching strategies were discussed.A 1.5 kW prototype was fabricated and tested in the laboratory,and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
