摘要

Abstract

In order to efficiently improve the electrochemical performance of silicon/graphene composites,the structure and preparation conditions were discussed,and the influence law of different structures on the electrochemical performance was analyzed.The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) preparation condition and electrochemical performance between different composite structures (sandwich structure,coating structure and embedding structure) were discussed,in which the sandwich structure has better electrochemical properties.The change rule of the electrochemical properties was analyzed between different interlayer forms so as to provide guidance significance for the commercial application of silicon/graphene composites as lithium ion battery anode materials.
