摘要

Abstract

Based on the common information model (CIM) of IEC 61968,the information and topology connection of distribution network equipment are analyzed.The four-parameter method is used to map the geographic information system (GIS) coordinates of the equipment to the grid based drawings to complete the initial layout.A multi-objective optimization model is proposed for the optimization goal of " uniform distribution of towers,uniform distribution of stations,less intersecting lines and uniform distribution of the whole elements".And the layout is optimized using the Cauchy variant particle swarm optimization algorithm with linearly decreasing strategy.Finally,automation generation of single line diagram for distribution network is realized,which achieves a balance between flexible and beautiful.Scalable vector graphics (SVG) files can be generated to share with mobile devices and meet the needs of operating and maintaining for distribution network.
