摘要

Abstract

There is always parallel FLASH to be programmed on PCB in factory.The programming takes much time during the mass production,especially for FLASH which is mounted on the parallel interface of programmable device(FPGA).The method of using boundary scan is used to simulate FLASH read and write,which implemented by bit shifting through all the boundary cells is consuming.After the virtual JTAG technology is applied,the displacement of the entire boundary pin is not required,because the virtual JTAG core can receive massive data from JTAG chain within one time.And programming with the interface logic of FLASH,the efficiency is improved.
