Planning and Countermeasures of Commerce and Trade Circulation Industry in Small and Medium Sized Cities from the Perspective of Industry Security

Abstract
Based on the concept of commerce and trade circulation industry in small and medium sized cities, this paper, taking the perspective of industry security, analyzes the existing problems of commerce and trade circulation industry in small and medium sized cities and the changes of industrial environment which it has to face. On the ground of it, this paper points out clearly the planning guiding ideology, the planning objec-tives, and important development tasks for the commerce and trade circulation industry in small and medium sized cities. Also, this paper, pro-vides some countermeasures of guarantee to promote the planning of commerce and trade circulation industry in the small and medium sized cities from the perspective of industry security.关键词
