Abstract
Since the 20th Century, the medical expense in China has been increasing. At the same time, the increasing aging of the population, the change of the human disease spectrum and the deterioration of the environment have caused great pressure and challenge to the social medical in-surance fund. Therefore, the innovation of the payment mode of the basic medical insurance has become an important part of deepening the medical system reform, and the implementation of DRGs is an important measure to promote the reform of payment mode of our basic medical insurance and improve the quality and efficiency of public hospitals in China. This paper uses case comparative analysis to analyze two prefecture-level cities that are currently undergoing DRGs reform, and further summarizes their experience and problems. At the same time, this paper puts forward some tar-geted suggestions to promote the reform of the payment mode of basic medical insurance in China, aiming to provide experience support for imple-menting the DRGs reform in China.关键词
