Abstract
After the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008, the European and American countries have reflected and corrected the deindustrialization process before the crisis. In order to get out of crisis as soon as possible and recover economic growth, they have practiced the reindustrialization strategy and plan to revive the manufacturing industry in succession. The wave of reindustrialization set off by the European and American countries is far from the recovery and revitalization of the traditional manufacturing industry in the general sense, but intends to make the industry to regain powerful vitality and competitiveness through the innovation of the production relation, production mode and technology. This paper starts from the background and motivation of the reindustrialization, combs the main measures and achievements of the major developed countries in Europe and America. This paper holds that the reindustrialization will become an important driving force for economic growth in these countries, but the effect of the strategy will be further differentiated in different countries. Finally, this paper summarizes the impact and enlight-enment of the reindustrialization strategy in Europe and America, and puts forward some policy suggestions to speed up the optimization and up-grading of industrial structure and reshape the comparative advantage of industrial development.关键词
