摘要

Abstract

Random icing and snowing events in power grids have a return period of 7 to 12 years.There are no icing and snowing disasters in power grids are not mean that the used methods and strategies are right.It is only at the extreme conditions of severe icing snowing can test and verify that the measurement is comprehensive and perfect or not.Freezing with snow is an irresistible natural disaster,after 10 years,this winter the power girds have been suffering a serious freezing ice and snowing event once again.It also makes people realize that no matter how good for a single method,there is always limitations,and it can't solve all kinds of problems.China has made a breakthrough in power grid's icing and snowing disaster defense,but for the freezing of the climate conditions office and snow disasters,both the formation mechanism to cause an ice and snow disaster and the prevention methods or technology are the worldwide difficult problem,both at home and abroad it is not solved very good yet.It still need to continue in-depth study and explore.In this paper,according to the authors' decades of research summary,it atfirmed that China has gotten a big breakthrough in the field of power grid anti-icing and mitigation,it is also in international leading position.At the same time,it also discovered that the limitations in the existing achievements in engineering application.In this paper,with a scientific attitude,the authors claimed that the power grids' icing-and-snowing is a complex random even.In the face of such an international difficult problem,both at home and abroad in the past eighty years have been researching and exploring,and important progresses have made constantly.But there are still many unsolved theoretical and technical problems,therefore,people can not be confined to the existing anti-icing and mitigation research achievements.The authors suggest that on the basis of existing research results,according to the requirement of the high reliability of smart grid development,continue to adhere to in-depth,adapt to the development of,the growing pursuit for a better life.
