云母纸表面与界面改性及增强机理研究
Modification and Enhancement Mechanism of Mica Paper Surface and Interface
摘要
Abstract
Mica paper is formed mainly rely on Van der Waals'force and electrostatic attraction between mica flakes, leading to low paper strength.Sometimes paper cannot be made for its poor surface and interface conditions.Particle size distribution, surface modification and improvement of water were discussed,the surface and interface properties of mica paper and then the tensile and dielectric strength were improved.Theory of maximum density curve,bridge bond,double layers were presented to analysis enhancement mechanism of surface and interface.The results show that after surface and interface modification,tensile strength and dielectric strength of mica paper are greatly improved.关键词
