摘要

Abstract

A series of Silicalite-1 zeolites were synthesized with different templates and pH regulators.The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, N2adsorption-desorption, SEM, NH3-TPD and FT-IR. The results indicate that TPA+exhibited the best structure-directing performance due to its stable tetrahedral structure; colloidal alkalinity is verified through changing pH regulators, as a result the alkalinity decreased and the grain size increased.The as-synthesized Silicalite-1 catalyst obtained from optimum conditions is applied to MTP reaction,compared with industrialized lurgi catalyst,the Silicalite-1 catalyst has the characteristics of the higher selectivity to propene and the lower deactivation rate.
