Experimental research on spectral stability control of Nd∶YVO4 microchip laser

Abstract
The spectral stability of the single longitudinal mode Nd:YVO4 microchip laser was experimentally investigated.The stable spectrum of the single mode Nd:YVO4 microchip laser under different pump current conditions was achieved.Firstly,the relation of the LD pump current and the temperature controller to the crystal temperature and the output laser wavelength is analyzed.It is found that the laser spectrum stability control will be achieved when the temperature change of Nd:YVO4 microcrystal controlled by the temperature controller is adjusted rationally under different pump current conditions.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by the experimental results,and the nonlinear relationship between the laser output power and the LD pump current is obtained.关键词
