Abstract
In order to improve the VLC system communication rate and the practicality of the system, a VLC system based on 8-ASK modulation-demodulation scheme is studied in this paper. In the premise of low bit-error-rate, 8-ASK is determined to be the optimum scale in the multi-scale modulation through the simula-tion based on Optisystem and Matlab. The transmitter, receiver and decision regeneration circuit are designed and VLC communication experiments based on the 8-ASK modulation are conducted. Results of the experi-ments show the feasibility of improving the communication rate through this method in the case of low bit-er-ror-rate.关键词
