Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of peripheral Treg/Th17 cells in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical cancer and its significance.Methods Thirty cases of CIN and 35 cases of cervical cancer admitted and treated in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as CIN group and cervical cancer group,respectively,and 32 cases of healthy women treated in the same period were selected as control group.Expressions of Th17 cell and Treg cell in peripheral blood mononuclear cell in three groups were detected using flow cytometry.Concentrations of Treg/Th17 cell related factors,such as IL-23,IL-10,IL-17,IL-6 and TGF-β were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Levels of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ /CD4+ T in CIN group and cervical cancer group were higher than those in the control group while the levels of CD4+ IL-17+ /CD4+ T were lower than those in the control group.Levels of CD4+ CD25+Foxp3+ /CD4+ T in cervical cancer group were higher than those in CIN group but levels of CD 4+ IL-17+ /CD4+ T were lower, and differences had statistical significance(t value ranged 2.36-5.12,all P<0.05).Levels of IL-10 and TGF-β in CIN group and cervical cancer group were higher than those in the control group,while levels of IL-17,IL-23 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group.Levels of IL-10 and TGF-β in cervical cancer group were higher than those in CIN group but levels of IL-17,IL-23 and IL-6 were lower with significant differences(t value ranged 2.49-6.02,all P<0.05).Conclusion With the development of CIN to cervical cancer,the balance of Th17/Treg starts deviating,and thus leads to the progress of CIN and occurrence of cervical cancer,which might be related to involvement of the two factors in regulation of internal environment of tumor immunity.关键词
