急性发作期哮喘患儿血清抵抗素水平及其与哮喘症状严重程度和肺功能的相关性
Serum resistin level and its correlation with severity of asthmatic symptoms and pulmonary function in children with acute attack of asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum resistin level and its correlation with the severity of asthmatic symptoms and pulmonary function in children with acute attack of asthma.Methods Sixty-four children with acute attack of asthma were divided into obesity+asthma group and non-obesity+asthma group,with 32 cases in each group,another 32 healthy children as controls.The serum resistin levels of asthmatic children before treatment were detected and compared with the levels of healthy children.The asthmatic children underwent pulmonary function test before treatment to record their ratios of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV1%),and the asthma symptom scoring was conducted.The correlation of serum resistin level with the severity of asthmatic symptoms and pulmonary function was analyzed. Results The levels of serum resistin decreased in the order of the control group,the non-obesity+asthma group and the obesity+asthma group(all P＜0.05).The asthmatic children with obesity had higher scores of asthmatic symptoms and lower FEV1% compared to the asthmatic children without obesity(all P＜0.05).The level of serum resistin increased in the asthmatic children before treatment,and the level positively correlated with the asthmatic symptom score but negatively correlated with FEV1%(all P ＜0.05). Conclusion The resistin level increases in children with acute attack of asthma,especially with obesity.The higher the resistin level before treatment is,the worse the pulmonary function and the severer the asthmatic symptoms are.关键词
