摘要

Abstract

The traditional nitrogen removal process during wastewater treatment usually existed the complex procedure and low efficiency.In order to solve these problems,three heterotrophic nitrifying-aerobic denitrifying bacteria from different species were used to construct the heterotrophic nitrifying compound bacteria YM.Meanwhile,the characteristics of heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrificaton characteristics and bioaugmentation efficiency of ammonia-rich organic wastewater of compound bacteria YM were investigated,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the application of heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria to strengthen the system engineering.The results showed that the growth activity and ammonia oxidation ability of heterotrophic nitrifying complex bacteria YM were better than that of single strain.The ammonium oxidation rate of the bio-enhanced sludge system increased from 7.04 mg/L/h to 12.2 mg/L/h compared with that of the non-inoculated system.Moreover,biological enhancement could effectively improve the anti-shock load capability of sludge system and the processing capacity.In addition,heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria had significant application potential,especially for the high pollutant concentration wastewater treatment which was still lack of costeffective treatment technology.It was undoubtedly a new way of high potential application value.
