摘要

Abstract

The application of flow cytometry method (FCM) in rapid microbial detection was investigated.Compared with the traditional methods,FCM was turned out to be faster and more accurate.This method was also verified the reliability of FCM in comparing with the standard plate count (SPC) method.According to Pearson correlation coefficient,the FCM result was linearly correlated with that of SPC within a certain concentration range.By Cochran-Q Test,the results indicated that FCM had good repeatability.Therefore,FCM would be a new detection technique for microbial determination.
