Abstract
Six molds (Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus flavus,Trichoderma viride,Penicillium citrinum,Aureobasidium pullulans,Chaetomium globasum) were chosen for making spore suspensions and then divided into two parts.One part was centrifuged and the other was not centrifuged.Under above two conditions,the antimicrobial tests with the tested substrates including wood,rubber,paint and plastic were conducted in the incubator for 28 days in simulated environment (constant temperature and constant humidity),and were observed during 7 d,l0 d,20 d and 28 d.The results indicated that there were no obvious differences of fungus growth between un-centrifuged spore suspension and centrifuged spore suspension.关键词
