摘要

Abstract

Aspergillus is a kind of important microorganisms used in industrial production.It is closely related to human life,medicine and hygiene and so on.Conidia,the main way of asexual reproduction of Aspergillus,is formed via complex processes.Conidiation is involved in regulation of multiple genes,and is closely related to the biosynthesis of some secondary metabolites.In this review,the regulation model of conidiation of Aspergillus was summarized,and the Gprotein signaling pathway linking asexual development with biosynthesis of aspertoxins and the Velvet protein family involved in the regulation of asexual development and secondary metabolites in Aspergillus were introduced,which provided a theoretical guidance in the research of other filamentous fungi and also had an important significance in industrial production.
