摘要

Abstract

Genome shuffling is a novel method of microbial strain improvement,which combines with protoplast fusion on the basis of traditional mutation breeding.Because of its high positive mutation efficiency and frequency,it was widely applied to the breeding and improvement of yeast strains in recent years.In this paper,the application of genome shuffling technique in yeast breeding was introduced.
