摘要

Abstract

In addition to being used as a sweetener, brown sugar is considered to be medicinal and edible health products since ancient times. On the basis of the investigation of brown sugar industry development in China, and the analysis of traditional brown sugar production process and product defects, standardizing plant and production environment, improving standard system and equipment level, developing original liquid brown sugar are put forward by taking advantage of Yunnan germplasm resources and brand advantages, climate and environmental advantages, technology and policy advantages, which will boost Yunnan sugar supply-side structural reform.
