摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the protective effect of resveratrol on propofol-induced neuron damage in rats.Methods:Neurons of rats were cultured and divided into the control group that were treated with serum-free medium,the Pro group that were treated with serum-free medium containing propofol and the Rev group that were treated with serum-free medium contai-ning resveratrol and propofol.24h after treatment,the kits were used to detect the cell proliferation activity,apoptosis gene and autophagy gene expression as well as oxidative stress molecule contents.Results:24 hours after treatment,the proliferation activity of the Pro group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the cell proliferation activity of Rev group was significantly higher than that of Pro group;JNK,FOXO3a,Bim,Bax,Caspase-3,LC3,NIX,BNIP-3 and Beclin1 mRNA ex-pression as well as ROS and MDA contents in Pro group were significantly higher than those in control group while PRDX 6, GSH-Px and T-AOC contents were significantly lower than those in control group;JNK,FOXO3a,Bim,Bax,Caspase-3,LC3,NIX,BNIP-3 and Beclin1 mRNA expression as well as ROS and MDA contents in Rev group were significantly lower than those in Pro group while PRDX6,GSH-Px and T-AOC contents were significantly higher than those in Pro group.Conclu-sion:resveratrol is able to protect the propofol-induced neuron damage in rats by inhibiting apoptosis and autophagy and relie-ving oxidative stress response.
