Abstract
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of modified puncture method on catheter-related bloodstream in-fection after PICC catheterization in patients with tumor.Methods:95 cases of tumor patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected according to the order of admission,divided into the study group(n=47)and the control group(n=48).In the control group,the traditional blind catheterization was carried out,and the research group improved the puncture method.The rate of puncture success(one-time puncture success rate,total success rate),puncture time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:compared with the total success rate(77.1%)of the control group,the study group(97.9%)was higher.Compared with the puncture time of the control group,the study group was shorter.Compared with the incidence of complications(22.9%)in the control group,the study group(4.3%)was lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the improved puncture method can significantly reduce the incidence of complications after PICC catheterization,shorten the puncture time and improve the success rate of puncture,which is wor-thy of reference and promotion.关键词
