紫外辐照对偏光片聚乙烯醇膜的性能影响
Performance Influence of UV-exposure on Polyvinyl Alcohol Polarizing Film
摘要
Abstract
After doing the UV-exposure to the PVA film which experienced the iodine staining and orientation, testing the optical performance and the crystallization performance of the film,the result shows that by the UV-expo-sure,the enthalpy and crystalline of PVA film increase,content of amorphous area decreases,I5- of PVA release and turn to I-,I3-,I3-·I2,which causes the change of the PVA film transmittance. The single transmittance in-creases when the wavelength exceeds 520nm and decreases when the wavelength below 520nm. The peak of the curve of the orthogonal transmittance shifts from 380nm to 350nm,which leads to the"blue shift". Under the situa-tion without protection,when exposed to the UV light irradiation for 30mins,polarizing film will generate serious light-leaking phenomenon.关键词
