摘要

Abstract

In order to adapt to economic development in northwest China,we need to build a large number of roads,improve the road network structure. On the basis of research results of the prefabricated asphalt pavement at home and abroad in this paper,for the construction of highways in the northwest region,prefabricated asphalt pave-ment structure is put forward,which providing a new way of highway design and construction for the northwest re-gion. By ABAQUS finite element modeling,analysize the difference of the mechanical response between the typical semi-rigid base asphalt pavement and fabricated asphalt pavement in our country,expounds the influences of the prefabricated crack of asphalt pavement,the thickness of the glass fiber reinforced plastic and glass fiber reinforced plastic modulus on the mechanical response of pavement structure. Modeling analysis found that:prefabricated as-phalt layer bottom tensile stress reduced effect better,this kind of pavement structure can effectively prevent the re-flection cracks caused by cracks at the grass-roots level. Unit thickness and modulus play a key role of the prefabri-cated pavement structure mechanics response,and that suggests to use:glass fiber reinforced plastic thickness of 2mm,elastic modulus of 70GPa.
