Abstract
Establishment of the ecological compensation mechanism for Changbai Mountain National Nature Reserve is a key linkage in the process of eco - environmental protection and recovery there. In this paper, the basic situation of Changbai Mountain National Nature Reserve is introduced. By reference to the experiences in relevant ecological compensation home and abroad, the main eco-environmental problems existing in the Reserve are analyzed. The main body and way of the ecological compensation mechanism is discussed, and the protective measures of ecological compensation are put forwards. According to the basic characteristics of ecological compensation, with regard to the particularity of nature reserve and the characteristics of eco-system externality, how to establish and improve the ecological compensation mechanism for nature reserves is explored accordingly.关键词
