摘要
Abstract
With the aggravation of environmental pollution and increased people's attention, environmental mass incidents are gradually concerned as one of the factors of social instability in China, of which prevention and governance are urgent to the local governments. In this paper, starting from the game happening mechanism of environmental mass incidents, the paths of governance are analyzed. Then, governance tools of policy network are introduced to analyze the policy network's interests. Finally, a governance mechanism of policy network is constructed, providing theoretical basis and policy recommendations for governance of the incidents.关键词
