摘要

Abstract

In the traditional OTH target tracking,the target position information is transformed to the right angle coordinate system which the origin of it is the fusion center,aiming at the problem of target location information error caused by the use of this method in high latitude area,the transformation of the target information to the transverse earth coordinate is proposed,on the basis of this,the target motion model,the target observation model and the OTH target tracking model based on UKF are constructed,the results of simulation analysis show that,the method proposed in this paper can improve the tracking accuracy of the OTH target in high latitude area,it can meet the requirements of the information accuracy of the OTH target in the naval battle command system of the high latitude area.
