An Equipment Support Capability Assessment Method Based on Precedence-chart
摘要
Abstract
Missile surface equipment include launching system and fire control system.Construction of equipment support is an important part of synchronous matching missile surface equipment. Objective evaluation of the content and effect of construction is the main basis to fully master the overall situation of missile surface equipment. According to the characteristics of missile surface equipment,the main influencing factors are analyzed,and six first level evaluation index system structures of human personnel,support equipment,security facilities,security technical information and supporting equipment and facilities are setted up. Alculating the index weight value at all levels and determining the main factors of influencing construction by delphi method.关键词
