国医大师熊继柏谈《黄帝内经》诊法学
Discussion on Diagnosis in Huangdi Neijing by National Chinese Medicine Master Xiong Jibo
摘要
Abstract
In opinion of Profossor Xiong Jibo, the diagnostics of Huangdi Neijing mainly include the holism thought of the diagnosis, four diagnostic methods, program of examination of disease pathogenesis. The inspection method include the observation site, differentiation of viscera, observing the look, view of success or failure, observation form, measuring lesions. The method of inquiry include the examination of the condition and the cause of trial. Pulse-taking method include the general requirements, the position of the veins, the motility of the veins, the stomach Qi of the veins, the main diseases of the pulse, Yin-Yang of the four seasons of the veins, and Yin-Yang of pulse syndromes. Program of examination of disease pathogenesis mainly include five-organs six-Qi pathogenesis, Yin-Yang cold-heat pathogenesis, evil-positive deficiency-solid disease pathogenesis, Qi -blood Ying -Wei pathogenesis. The thought of diagnosis from Huangdi Neijing has important guiding significance in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
