摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the system integration of aero engine blade self-adaption belt grinding unit,according to the production requirements determine the construction target and process of belt grinding unit system,establishing a system integration scheme for self-adaption belt grinding unit.Under the control of the grinding unit manufacturing execution support system,realizing the integration of grinding processing of a blade surface,edge and the blade root and the boss of the transition zone,the debugging proof the blade grinding unit could meet the design requirements surface and edge,blade root and other parts of the roughness and profile.
