Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of maixuekang capsule combined with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on platelet aggregation rate and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Totally 124 patients with acute coronary syndrome by PCI were divided into RTT group (conventional treatment) and MKT group (maixuekang capsule treatment),62 cases in each group.Platelet aggregation rate and serum hs-CRP concentration were compared at the time points of before operation,12 h after operation and 30 d after operation.Results In patients with acute coronary syndrome,platelet aggregation rate significantly increased at 12 h after operation,and serum hs-CRP concentration increased significantly (P ＜0.05).After 30 days of treatment,there were significant differences in platelet aggregation rate and hs-CRP between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of cardio cerebral events in MKT group was lower than that in RTF group.Conclusion Maixuekang capsule can reduce the platelet aggregation rate and hs-CRP concentration in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI.关键词
