颈项部按摩联合吞咽训练对脑梗死假性球麻痹患者生活质量的影响
Effect of neck massage and swallowing training on quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction pseudobulbar palsy

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of neck massage combined with swallowing training on quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction pseudobulbar palsy.Methods A total of 140 patients with cerebral infarction pseudobulbar palsy enrolled in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given swallowing training,and the patients in the study group were treated with neck massage and swallowing training.After 1 month of treatment,the swallowing function,quality of life changes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the SSA score of the swallowing function of the two groups were lower than treatment before and study group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The SWAL-QOL scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate in the study group washigher than that in the control group (90.0％ vs.74.3％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Neck massage and swallowing training has remarkable effect for cerebral infarction pseudo-ball paralysis,it can effectively promote the recovery of patients with swallowing function,improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
