Abstract
Objective To study the effect of stage nursing intervention on functional recovery of affected upper limbs in patients with breast cancer.Methods Thirty patients with radical surgery of breast cancer were randomly selected as the study objects.All the patients were successfully performed the operation,and were equally divided into observation group and control group according to different postoperative care.The control group (n =15) was given routine care,while observation group(n =15) was given stage care on the basis of routine care.The postoperative recovery conditions of two groups were compared.Results The postoperative vacuum drainage volume,extubation time of postoperative vacuum drainage,and average length of hospital stay in the observation group were less and shorter than that in the control group.WMFT scores of affected upper limbs in the observation group at 3 weeks after operation were significantly higher than treatment before and that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Postoperative stage nursing intervention can effectively improve swelling and dysfunction of upper limb.关键词
