Abstract
Objective To analyze evidence-based nursing in Ex-Press drainage implantation for primary open-angle glaucoma.Methods A total of 80 open-angle glaucoma cases with Ex-Press shunt implantation surgery were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group(n =40) applied evidence-based nursing and control group was given routine nursing.Diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and SAS score before surgery were compared.The intraocular pressure,best corrected visual acuity before and after the surgery,and the incidence rate of complications after surgery and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results All patients were successfully operated ExPress shunt implantation surgery.The intraocular pressure of these patients dropped into a normal level at discharge.The observation group was lower than that of control group in the systolic and diastolic blood pressures before surgery (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after surgery (P ＞ 0.05).The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,and lower incidence of complications than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The Ex-Press shunt implantation surgery is effective in treatment of open-angle glaucoma.Evidence-based nursing can effectively eliminate anxiety of patients before surgery,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
