Abstract
In the field of parking pricing, little attention has been paid to the problem of parking price forecasting. The study proposes an improved parking pricing model based on historical parking prices, resident income, and vehicle ownership data of 40 cities throughout China. A curb parking price forecasting model is then proposed based on a combination of time series and regression analysis. The model is then modified according to the parking price data of the Chengdu city in 2015—2016 and the future prices are predicted for the year of 2017—2021. The results show that the pricing model is easy to use and can be widely used to help make parking price related policies.关键词
