摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the mechanical principle of spherical involute spiral bevel gear is analyzed,and the mathematical model of spherical involute spiral bevel gear is built based on 3D printing.The 3D printing provides a novel method for fast fabrication of the spherical involute spiral bevel gear without principle error.In addition,the distribution of the static strength and the fatigue properties of spiral bevel gear can be controlled and improved by the structure transition of material gradient composite.Compared with the traditional manufacturing method,the proposed method can significantly reduce the cost and shorten the manufacturing cycle.
