摘要

Abstract

Using Unity3D as a tool,a disassembly and assembly system,which can be installed on smart phones,for mechanical products based on virtual reality technology is introduced in this paper to improve the efficiency of the assembly and structure design as well as the training for mechanical products.Firstly,the 3D model was imported from professional model designing software to 3DMax for simplifying the number of parts model and building virtual scene.Secondly,the World Space interactive menu was designed to provide a concise and user-friendly way of interaction.And then,the function of binocular stereo vision,gyro head tracking,interactive peripherals and control and role motion controller were realized on smart mobile phone by using C#.Finally,the disassembly and assembly of the two-stage reducer was displayed on smart phone.The experimental results show that the system is of good man-machine interaction,which can meet the requirement of virtual disassembly and assembly of mechanical products.
