突发性耳聋患者耳鸣与睡眠相关性分析
Correlation between tinnitus and sleep quality in patients with sudden hearing loss

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between tinnitus and sleep quality in patients with sudden hearing loss.Methods Totally 56 patients with sudden hearing loss admitted to our hospital from March to May in 2016 were investigated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI),Tinnitus handicap inventory and self-designed questionnaire,then the correlation between tinnitus and sleep quality was analyzed.Results Of the 56 patients with sudden hearing loss,33 males and 23 females were at average age of (44.59 ± 13.61) years.There were 52 cases with tinnitus,which accounted for 92.86％.The average score of THI was (53.85 ± 23.49) and PSQI was (8.21 ± 3.15).Poor sleep quality (PSQI total score ＞ 7 points) was found in 28 cases (50％).The correlation analysis showed that the score of PSQI was related to the score of THI (r=-0.396,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Patients with sudden deafness often suffer from tinnitus,and almost half of them have poor sleep quality,which suggests that tinnitus may affect the quality of sleep.关键词
