维药买朱尼治疗种植体周围炎前后牙周情况的变化
The change of periodontal conditions before and after Maizhuni treatment peri-implantitis

Abstract
Objective:To study on the influence of speriodontal situation when Maizhuni in the peri-implantitis in-flammation.Methods:To establish an animal model of per-implantitis in Beagle Dogs,after successful establishment of the model.They were randomly divided into three groups,that were Maizhuni group,blank control group and antibiotics group. Maizhuni group was given Maizhuni,the blank control group was given the same dose of normal saline.The antibiotic group was administrated with antibiotics(Amoxicillin capsules and Metronidazole tablets).By monitoring the parameter change of PD,PISF,DW,DD and BL,in order to understand the Maizhuni treatment of peri-implantitis.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the index of PD,PISF,DW,DD and BL content among three groups(P<0.05).There was no statis-tically significant difference between the antibiotic and maizhuni group in the index of PD,PISF,DW,DD and BL content.In-cluding normal,inflammation and drugs stages of antibiotic and maizhuni group,there was stat istically significant difference in in the index of PD and PISF content(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can improve tissue inflammation,when simplly using the maizhuni treatment of peri-implantitis.However,the effect of bone defect repair is not ideal.关键词
