维吾尔族和汉族成人上颌前牙美学区解剖形态的CBCT研究
Anatomical morphology of maxillary anterior teeth for Uygur and Han adults by using cone beam computed tomography
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To measure the thickness of labial and palatal alveolar bone by cone-beam computed tomo-graphy(CBCT)in Uygur and Han adults.Methods:The labial and palatal alveolar bone of the anterior teeth of sixty-five Uygur and Han adults were scanned by CBCT.Then the thickness of labial and palatal alveolar bone at the position of 4mm bellow cemento-enamel junction(CEJ),at mid-root and the position of the apical were measured and analyzed. Thirty-six measurements were collected for each patient.Results:The maxillary labial and palatal alveolar bone become more thicker at root area.There was a statistically significant difference between the maxillary central incisor of palatal of L3 and L5,the max-illary second incisor of palatal of L5,and canine of labial of L4 in Uygur and Han groups respetively(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The thickness of labial and palatal alveolar bone was different between Uygur and Han adults,Uygur's palatal alveolar bone were more thicker than Han's.关键词
